Safety and Security
Englewood Isles, including Units 4,5,6, and the surrounding area, have recently been targeted by thieves and trespassers. A handful of homes have been broken into, and security cameras have picked up trespassers. The Sheriff’s Department is aware and has extra patrols in our area during the night. Please be sure to lock your doors and windows. Watchful neighbors, security cameras, porch and garage lights, and motion-activated lights can be a big help. If you see any suspicious characters, do not hesitate to call 911.

Board Positions
We will have an election of Board Members before our Annual Meeting in January, 2026. The ballot will be included with the annual invoice and invitation to the Annual meeting that you will receive in mid-December. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please submit a short bio including your name, address, phone, email, interest, and relevant experience. You can email your application to eipoapres25@gmail.com or call 941-681-0446 and leave a message stating your interest. Applications must be received no later than November 20, 2025. Note that only property owners in good standing are eligible for Board seats.
